Our team
A small team with clear roles: engineering, technology, sales and marketing. Whoever you talk to knows your project.
Owner / CEO
Bojan is the owner and CEO of Bdot Software Engineering. Bojan leads the company and sets its direction: who we work with, which projects we take on, and the standard each of them has to meet before it reaches the client.
A full-stack developer by profession, Bojan stays involved in the key decisions on our projects. The belief the company is built on is simple: software should be made so well that you are glad to put your name on it.
Technical Director / CTO
Vuk is Bdot’s Technical Director (CTO) and one of the key people in the company. Vuk leads software development and sets the company’s technical direction: system architecture, technology choices, and the quality and security standards every project is built to.
As CTO, Vuk has the final say on technical decisions and leads the engineering team from the first sketch of a solution to launch. The job is to make sure the code and products that leave Bdot are delivered to today’s highest standards — fast, stable and easy to extend years later — and that what we promise in a proposal is what arrives in production.
Marketing Manager / Sales
Nikola leads marketing and sales at Bdot and is usually the first person a new client talks to. Nikola is responsible for how Bdot presents itself to the market and for how every new collaboration begins.
Before any proposal is written, Nikola makes sure we understand the business behind the request — what it really needs, what can wait and what success would look like. From the first call to the signed agreement and throughout the project, Nikola keeps communication clear and expectations realistic on both sides.
Marketing / Digital Creator
Tamara is behind how Bdot looks and sounds to the outside world. As Digital Creator, Tamara leads the company’s content: its visual presence on social media, its posts and the stories of the projects we work on.
With an eye for detail and a feel for what makes people stop scrolling, Tamara turns technical work into content that non-technical audiences understand and remember — and makes sure Bdot looks and sounds like itself wherever it appears.
How we work
Sales, engineering and marketing sit at the same table, so nothing is lost between a promise and its delivery.
Every project has one person who answers for it from start to finish.
We try new tools on our own product first, so client projects get what is already proven.
Tell us about your project and we will tell you, honestly, how we can help.
